Job summary

CVS Health in Arizona is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead the store staff when a manager is not onsite, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise daily operations, assist customers with questions, manage merchandise and displays, and promote CVS customer service culture to build loyalty.

Anticipated weekly hours are 28; the pay range is $17.15-$26.15 per hour, with benefits available based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and manage displays and inventory.
