Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and performance. The role leads store staff when no manager is onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, assisting customers, promoting strong service culture, confidentiality, pricing, stock, displays and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff in absence of a manager or supervisor onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Handle customer relations per company policy to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for promos.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
