Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and deliver strong customer service, especially when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise the crew, train and direct activities, price and stock merchandise, maintain displays, handle customer questions and complaints, and protect confidentiality. Approximate schedule is 29 hours weekly with a base pay around $18.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills needed to assess store situations efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers and team members.
• Proficiency with computer systems used for point-of-sale and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank).
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
