Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote high-quality service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional/off-shelf displays and inventories.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed as needed.
