Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff during shifts, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Supervise the store crew, assign tasks and follow up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and reset departments per planograms.
