Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and provide excellent customer service. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed efficiently.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to resolve customer questions while maintaining confidentiality. This part-time position offers hourly pay and typical CVS benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signings and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram (POG).
