Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at our Ventura, CA store. You will lead the store team in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth opening/closing procedures, and maintain excellent customer service.

The role requires deductive reasoning, strong communication and supervision skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Prior retail supervisor experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Preferred: Experience as a retail supervisor.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays, weekly promotions, seasonal merchandise, and inventory.
