Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and outstanding customer service. You will lead staff when managers are away, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping experience.

The role requires flexible hours including early mornings, overnights and weekends, plus the ability to supervise and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise activities in absence of a manager.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers, resolve issues and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle complaints per policy.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; assist with weekly/promotional displays.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory; reset departments per POGs.
