Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. The role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, merchandising, price tagging, inventory, and maintaining a positive CVS customer service culture while protecting customer confidentiality and driving loyalty.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and assist store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Lead opening and closing procedures in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold CVS customer service standards.
