Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service.

In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, supervise activities, and maintain strong store operations while upholding confidentiality and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following POGs and ensure proper displays and inventory control.
