Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You’ll guide staff during shifts, support training, and help manage inventory, cash, and operations.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can jump in across stations and keep the team motivated and focused on delivering great food and vibes. We value team players who communicate well, stay cool under pressure, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and multitask during busy shifts.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Committed to delivering great food and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during fast-paced shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
• Coach and train team members on procedures and safety.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Fill in across roles as needed and keep the restaurant clean and safe.
