QDOBA Mexican Eats in Easley, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and flavor to the table. You’ll inspire a fast-paced team and ensure great guest experiences with every shift.

As part of Thrive Restaurant Group, you’ll help with training, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations. Jump in wherever needed—from register to grill—and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hustle.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and composure under pressure.
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included).
• Passion for delivering great food and great vibes.
