Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during dynamic shifts and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll step in for the GM or AM, guide staff, coach peers, and maintain smooth operations while upholding food quality and service standards.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Able to communicate clearly with team and guests.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during fast-paced shifts when the GM or AM isn’t on deck.
• Maintain high guest experience and store vibes.
• Assist with training and coaching the crew daily.
• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations efficiently.
• Fill in across stations as needed and keep the area clean and safe.
