Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and performance. The role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and customer service remains top-notch.

Key duties include supervising crew activities, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate merchandising and displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy; maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays; inventory and reset departments per POGs.
