• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Support store management and crew to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues in line with policy.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive CVS experience.
