Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in achieving store execution and performance goals. The role involves leading staff when managers aren’t on site and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, all while upholding a culture of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, assisting customers, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotional and seasonal merchandise.
