Job summary

CVS Health in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and customer service, stepping in when managers are unavailable. You will lead the store team, ensure opening/closing tasks, and promote CVS customer service standards.

This role features a 29-hour weekly schedule, a pay range of $17.00–$26.00 per hour, and benefits eligibility. A high school diploma is preferred; prior retail supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Coordinate weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandising.
