Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team at our Boca Raton location. You will help drive store execution, supervise staff during shifts, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Strong communication, deductive reasoning, and customer-service skills are essential. Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends is required. Pay ranges between $17.00 and $26.00 per hour with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is present to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints to promote service quality.
• Greet customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise and price items, stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Execute weekly promotional and seasonal merchandising plans.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash handling when needed.
