Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. You will supervise staff during openings and closings, assist customers, merchandise, price and stock shelves, and help maintain the CVS customer service culture.

The role offers weekly hours around 20 and pay between $17.00 and $26.00 per hour. This position is eligible for a range of benefits and programs that support colleagues'

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew, assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotional items.
• Reset departments following planogram guides and ensure a smooth opening/closing process.
