Hardee's Lebanon is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet performance expectations.

This role emphasizes delivering quality customer service, supporting sales and profit goals, adhering to company policies, and participating in trainings, meetings, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning, time management and team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.

• Provides quality product and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Helps improve skills and performance of Crew Persons.
