Hardee's is looking for a Shift Leader to assist the Restaurant Manager and lead the management team during shifts. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, uphold quality and cleanliness, and supervise Crew Members and Team Leaders to meet daily targets.

Must be 18+, with the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality/leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive standout service and anticipate needs.
• Path the restaurant to monitor operations and address issues.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for employees and guests.
• Effectively train Crew Members.
• Provide direction and supervision for Crew Members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Plan, organize and execute operational routines during shifts.
