Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store with proper recovery and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, energetic attitude aligned with MINISO USA's commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
