Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Georgia to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff development, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail leadership roles, basic POS knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role requires the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Drive sales and meet store KPI goals; exceed customer expectations.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring security, cleanliness and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems; participate in promotions and events.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
