Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve store KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness per safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
