Team Lyders Payroll Inc., operating Taco Bell locations, seeks a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts. You will train and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive work environment.

This role offers opportunities for leadership growth within the franchise. Weekend and evening availability is required to meet business needs and ensure a consistent guest experience.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
