Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and drive daily performance.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, protecting confidentiality, stocking, pricing, and maintaining displays per plans. Flexible schedule required; pay range reflects part-time roles in retail.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew; assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Effectively communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory as per weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
