MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Lancaster, PA to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff training. You will ensure exceptional customer service, engage customers, handle cash, and support merchandising and store upkeep.

The role centers on driving KPIs while maintaining a vibrant store atmosphere. You will lead by example, work on the sales floor and at the register, and travel between store locations as needed to support operations and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
