Job summary

You will support KPIs and store standards, help with replenishment, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, shipment processing, and actively promote the membership program to build customer loyalty. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to drive sales while meeting KPI goals.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Solid knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
