Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role supports achieving KPIs, upholding store standards, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipment processing while promoting the store's membership program.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a supervisory role in retail, with strong leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally; escalate to Store Manager when necessary.
• Assist Loss Prevention and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude, aligning with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
