Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Indiana to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and maintaining excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help sustain CVS customer service culture.

You will supervise daily operations, assist customers, stock and merchandise, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store crew when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planogram/guidelines.
