Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Indianapolis to support store management, lead staff when managers aren’t onsite, and ensure smooth store operations from opening to closing. You’ll drive customer service excellence and help maintain product presentation and inventory throughout the shift.

The role requires flexible availability, strong communication, and prior supervisory experience in retail.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in daily store execution and performance.
• Supervise staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers, handle inquiries and promote CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive, safe shopping environment.
