Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in New Palestine, Indiana to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service.

When there is no manager onsite, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, supervise tasks, and help maintain a positive shopping experience while upholding CVS policies. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to grow with CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality; ensure smooth store operations during shifts.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory as needed.
• Reset departments following merchandising plans and seasonal changes
