CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Indiana to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and uphold CVS customer service standards to create a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes supervision, effective communication with management and crews, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew with assignment, direction and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
