Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Indiana to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through outstanding service. When there is no manager on site, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, and handle customer questions while ensuring shelves are stocked and promotions are executed as directed. This is a part‑time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations when a manager is not on site and supervise the store staff.
• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive shopping experience.
