Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Indiana is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Hours are about 29 per week, with a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and some overnight shifts; base pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and geography.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain service standards.
• Assist customers, stock shelves and manage displays per planograms.
