Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and maintain smooth operations.

You’ll manage customer questions, promote CVS customer service, handle issues per policy, and ensure confidentiality while maintaining weekly hours and pay between $16.50 and $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain confidentiality.
