Läderach is hiring a Key Holder (Shift Lead) in our Chicago area store to champion the brand and lead the team. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, train staff, and supervise store operations to meet sales and product standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a fast-paced customer-minded environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling according to store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate and brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain a welcoming environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals and complete product finishing projects.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement on the sales floor and assist with merchandising.
• Help lead food safety protocol follow-through.
• Aim for sales objectives and ensure store compliance and loss prevention.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team dynamic.
