Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Shift Coordinator for the Costco location in Richmond, VA. You will help with daily store operations, participate in events, and engage Costco members during product demonstrations. No prior experience required as training is provided and advancement opportunities are available.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient setup of demos and event areas. Shifts are 2-3 per week, including weekends, with benefits options available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours
• Willing to support demos and setup equipment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and events at Costco Richmond
• Support opening and closing procedures for events
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education
• Set up and remove carts, equipment and supplies for demos
• Support food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections
