Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and events at Costco locations. You will assist with opening/closing for events, help educate customers, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the demo area.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. The role requires 18+, lifting up to 50 lbs, and availability for 2-3 shifts per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Are comfortable supporting demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and events, including opening and closing duties.
• Influence customer education and engagement during demos, promoting products.
• Support safety checks and maintain store cleanliness and product quality.
