Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support Costco event demonstrations in the Miami area. You will engage customers, educate members about products, and help set up and remove demonstration carts and equipment, contributing to safe, high‑quality experiences.

We provide training, ongoing team support, and opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for someone 18+ who can work 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends.
• Stand for up to 6 hours.
• Demonstrate food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food demo events and product demonstrations.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment, and supplies for events.
• Engage Costco members through demonstrations and education.
• Support daily store operations during events and safety inspections.
