Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and events at Costco sites. You’ll assist with opening and closing during events, ensure safety, product quality, cleanliness, and act as a resource for staff.

No previous experience required; training is provided. Earn $18.20 per hour with growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and staff discounts, while building customer education and engaging shoppers.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
• Support demo events by setting up and removing carts and supplies
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing operations for events
• Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality and cleanliness
• Promote and demonstrate products to shoppers and educate customers
• Ensure carts, equipment, and supplies are set up and removed properly
