Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support Costco demo events in Honolulu, HI. You will engage customers, assist with event setup and breakdown, and promote product education while maintaining safety and store standards.

The role offers opportunities for growth, training provided, and the chance to work with a dynamic team across multiple brands. Prior experience is not required, and benefits are available depending on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Prepare, cook, clean, and set up demo equipment and carts.
• Support demo events and ensure product display and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations during events and open/close duties.
• Educate customers about products and engage Costco members during demos.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow warehouse standards, and model safe practices.
