Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations, including opening and closing for events. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, product quality, and customer service standards, and serve as a resource for staff.

You will engage Costco members with product demonstrations, assist with food safety and sanitation, set up and remove event equipment, and contribute to a positive, safety-first retail environment. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Willing to support demo events and prepare/clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Support food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment, and supplies for events.
