Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3 circuits of the property and log them.
• Record clients entering after curfew.
• Provide crisis intervention with on-call staff.
• Respond to resident concerns using the concern form.
• Record all incidents on the typed incident form.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings.
• Attend required trainings.
• Handle all client information confidentially and with respect.
• Perform shift cleaning and maintenance chores.
• Any duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
