Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis is seeking a part-time Service Desk Coordinator to welcome guests and support student leaders at our St. Louis, MO campus.

This role is onsite and offers $17 per hour, with opportunities to engage with future beauty professionals and assist with guest services operations. You will manage check-in/check-out, phone systems, scheduling, and cash handling while fostering a positive, professional learning environment and representing the school’s values in every

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Sales experience in products and services to guests.
• Experience maintaining organized product displays and stocked shelves.
• Experience handling phone systems.
• Ability to manage cash and balance cash drawers.
• Friendly personality.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism.
• Basic computer and software skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions and use a computer screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests who call, text, or arrive on campus.
• Mentor Future Professionals during observation and learning activities.
• Handle phone systems, schedule guest appointments, and check-in/check-out.
• Manage cash drawers and balance cash transactions.
