Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Utah is seeking a dedicated server for the upcoming winter season to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxurious private community.

You will take and serve orders, maintain pristine tables, present menus, and handle guest requests with professionalism, flexibility, and a calm demeanor under pressure. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure remarkable guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of restaurant service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional member service and exceed member expectations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table setting and menu knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités
