Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a premier private residential community, seeks a dedicated server for the upcoming winter season to provide exceptional dining experiences. You will take and serve orders, present menus, and maintain a polished dining room with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of wine service, menu guidance, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced luxury environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant service experience in luxury or fine-dining is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to the F&B sequence of service to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and presentation in mind.
• Present menus and offer guidance on pairings and dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation.
