Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a premier private residential community in Utah, is seeking a dedicated server for the upcoming winter season to provide exceptional dining experiences. You will take orders, present menus, guide pairings, and maintain a polished dining room in a luxury setting.

The role requires six months of luxury dining experience or strong service skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant service experience in luxury or fine-dining is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional member service and exceed member expectations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table setting and wine service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional and courteous interaction with members and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality dining experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to the service sequence to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and presentation in mind.
• Present menus and guide members with knowledgeable pairings and dish highlights.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setup and breakdown of dining areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve issues or complaints promptly and discreetly.
