Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Provide hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.
• Explain menus and accommodate guest requests.
• Pay attention to tables to ensure they are well taken care of.
• Deliver the bill and process payments.
• Treat guests with courtesy and respect.
• Assist with opening/closing duties.
• Assist with hotel and banquet operations as needed.
• Proficiently use the POS system.
