Job summary

Oliver Hospitality Management is seeking part-time bartenders for our Atlanta properties. You will craft cocktails, maintain bar standards, and deliver exceptional guest service throughout your shift.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, attentive service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Position requires standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with prior bar experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bar experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand all bar practices.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages.
• Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish.
• Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed.
• Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills.
• Perform bartop maintenance and stocking.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Demonstrate accurate product knowledge.
